The alarm doesn't ring or doesn't break silent mode+
Unseg uses AlarmKit (iOS 26 or later). Make sure you granted the alarm permission when the app asked, and that your iPhone is up to date. If you denied it, enable it in system Settings.
Apps don't get blocked when I turn the alarm off+
Check that you granted the Screen Time permission and that the alarm has apps selected (shown in the list, under the time). If the permission is off, enable it in Settings → Screen Time and reopen Unseg.
Apps stayed blocked longer than I set+
The block lifts on its own when the time is up, even if you never open Unseg. If something fails, open Unseg and it will be released. You can also turn off the Screen Time permission in iPhone Settings to lift any block instantly.
Can you see which apps I block?+
No. iOS gives us an opaque token per app, with no name and no usage information. It's an Apple design decision: the app can block, but never identify.
I started the free trial — when am I charged?+
If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the 7 days end, it automatically converts into a paid subscription at the weekly plan price.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Unseg → Cancel. Or inside the app, Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation is handled by Apple.
I switched phones — how do I get my subscription back?+
Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap 'Restore purchases' in Settings.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?+
Alarms and settings are stored on your phone, so uninstalling removes them. You can also delete your account from Settings → Delete account.
